General Human Rights Violation Report
POSCO Malaysia respects and protects the human rights of all stakeholders affected by our business operations, in line with the POSCO Group's Human Rights Policy. If you have witnessed or experienced a human rights violation related to our business, please submit a report using the channel below.
For reports related to unethical conduct, abuse of power, workplace bullying/sexual harassment, fair trade, or trade secret infringement, please use the separate reporting centers for those matters instead of this channel.

Precautions Before Reporting
Please note that the following matters may be excluded from investigation:
- Matters concerning private lives or personal disputes unrelated to our business operations
- Requests for special favors or made for improper purposes
- Reports that are groundless, malicious, or contain false information
Personal Information Consent and Data Retention
Only the minimum personal information necessary to confirm the wrongdoing and to provide a reply of the outcome is collected. Personal information submitted with a complaint is retained for 5 years from the date of submission, after which it is securely destroyed.
All consultations and reports are handled in strict confidence, and protective measures are applied to prevent any disadvantage to the reporter as a result of reporting in good faith.
To follow up on the status of a submitted report, please retain your complaint number, or the password, phone number, or email address used at the time of submission.
